"She eats an apple."
Gdy powiemy historię, możemy tak mówić, ale normalnie, gdy mówimy o policzalnych rzeczach, użyjemy liczbę mnogą: "She eats apples".
(If we're telling a story, we can say it this way; but normally, if we're talking about countable things, we use the plural)
"He doesn’t eat apple."
Jest możliwe mówić w historii "he doesn't eat an apple" (ale to brzmi niepełne), lub "he doesn't eat the apple" (ale, jak normalnie gdy mówimy "the", to musi być drugie zadanie o tym jabłku).
(In stories it's possible to say "he doesn't eat an apple" (but it sounds incomplete), or "he doesn't eat the apple" (but, as usual when we say "the", it must be the second secntence about that apple)).
